The first offices of WeWork’s new Soho site will become available in early April, and this expansion is set to add an additional 50 desks to the landlords Soho portfolio. If any of WeWork’s other sites are to go by, it is likely that when these offices do go onto the market, they won’t linger there for long.
We’ve long been admirers of the WeWork model and so this extension to their existing site on Sheraton Street comes as welcomed sight. Soho has been in desperate need for more flexible space and WeWork Sheraton House looks to be able to fill this gap.
The WeWork team are actually still on site working to create another entire floor of office space. Whilst the first part of the development is filling up they will be finalising another wave of flexible spaces. These will be revealed closer to May and will add another large boost of desk space.
